What weather conditions do you work in?
We will work in a light rain shower! We will only stop in extreme conditions, a heavy downpour, strong winds, ice or snow.
Do you let me know before you turn up?
Yes we will give you a reminder call, text message or email the day before your clean is due.
What method of payment do you accept ?
We accept cash, bank transfer and cheques.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we have public liability insurance that covers us and you up to £5m.
Should I be with you when you need to clean ?
For window cleaning as long as we have some form off access to the whole property you don't
have to be in attendance.
Do we need an outside tap and water supply?
For window cleaning, we use our very own pure water dispensed from our van.
For pressure washing, gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning we will require an outdoor tap and water supply.
My windows are being left wet, is that correct?
We use pure water which contains no impurities, the droplets left behind will then
dry to a clean, smear-free finish; guaranteed!
Do you clean conservatories?
We certainly can , inside and out if required, make your conservatory look new again!
Can you clean hard to reach areas, such as Velux windows and windows above conservatories?
Yes, our telescopic pole system is high reach and very effective.
Can you clean the windows on the inside?
Yes, we use the traditional method and can clean all types of windows and conservatories.

Our price always includes cleaning the windows, frame, sill and doors.
We always undertake a site visit to ensure we offer the best price,
property extensions or conservatories do incur additional charges.
